Lovely and attentive staff. Very welcoming, clean, and the food was fabulous. Menu offering is short and sweet with 1/2 or whole chicken with sides and burger options. Prices were good and plenty of food to satisfy. Only problem I had was that the portions were enough on one plate to feed 2 easily.... Was just little ol' me but was able to take leftovers home to feed the family.

Great atmosphere great music, pictures speak for itself a must try.. after a day of swimming at San Pedro Spring Park, this was a good way to end the day

the waitress’ were very friendly and accommodating. the charros beans (muy sabroso). the chicken was phenomenal. im not sure what marinade they use , very juicy and cooked perfectly. it exceeded all expectations. will definitely be coming back. thank you sir

Al Carbon Pollos Asados on Culebra Road is a fantastic local Mexican restaurant known for its delicious grilled chicken and friendly atmosphere. The whole chicken, priced around $19.35, comes with rice, grilled onions, chile toreado, lime, corn tortillas, and green and red sauces. But don't skimp on the fajitas because they are pretty tasty themselves as well!

The food is on point. The prices are quite frankly unbelievable considering supermarkets charge the same or more. Upon my last visit, you could feed 6 or more for 36 bucks plus tax (as long as 3 of them were not me). My new favorite place and the drive-thru is just frosting on the cake. Please support this great business so I can enjoy it for years to come.
